At Big and Tiny, children of all ages are encouraged to explore and develop their curiosity through a variety of bite-sized enrichment classes sure to fit your tiny one’s interests and your family's schedule.
From ‘Parent & Me’ classes for 0 to 3-year-olds to After-School classes for 3 to 5-year-olds, Big and Tiny’s one-hour weekday enrichment classes are the place to meet friends, play, sing, dance, move, act and do arts and crafts.
Parent & Me
0 to 3 years
Big and Tiny’s morning "Parent & Me" enrichment classes for ages 0 to 36 months are designed to be engaging for you and your baby alike. Having you alongside them for an hour of exploration and learning will ensure your child feels safe, engaged, and confident throughout the entire creative activity.
Infant Classes
Parent & Me for 3 to 18 months old
Through this mommy and me music educational class, students will be introduced to various songs each week, while they explore different body movements for awareness and sensation.
Join us for stories, fingerplays, puppets, rhymes, and songs! Families will enjoy listening to children’s classic stories, watching puppet shows and dancing to their favorite songs.
This hands-on class fosters your infant and toddler's exploration of the artistic process and use of materials in new, inventive and safe ways.
Through songs, nursery rhymes, and exercises designed to strengthen muscles and provide mental stimulation, tiny crawlers will reach important milestones in a relaxed environment.
After School Classes
Drop-off classes for 3 to 5 years old
By exploring various visual art mediums such as drawing/sketching, watercolor & oil painting, and sculpting, students will learn basic art techniques, and create original visual artworks of their own!
Students will be introduced to basic music elements like rhythm, pace, and dynamics via different instruments including ukulele, drums, and even their own bodies.
Students will be introduced to the basics of acting and improv. They will be guided and encouraged by our professional actor-educators to work as a team to tell stories together!
This fun educational program provides students with multiple opportunities to learn about science, engineering, and technology through hands-on investigation and experience.
Students will watch puppet shows and explore how they can use different materials, including socks, paper bags, cardboard & felt, to make their own puppets and put on a show of their own.
